History
The
Belvidere & Delaware River Railway was
formed in 1995 to serve industrial customers
in the Phillipsburg area of Northwestern New
Jersey on former trackage of Conrail's
Delaware Secondary. A branch line also
serves Easton, Pennsylvania. |

Service
Regular freight service between Milford and
Phillipsburg is provided on Sunday, Tuesday,
and Thursday. |
|
Interchange
The
BR&W connects with the Norfolk Southern (NS)
at Phillipsburg, NJ on its main line between
Allentown, PA and Newark, NJ.
Commercial agreements also provide a
connection with the Canadian Pacific Railway
(CPRS) at Allentown, PA. |

Rates
The
B&DR is a NS Handling Line carrier. NS rates
include delivery to B&DR customers. |
